BizOmnivo may take appropriate action against prohibited activity.

Some BizOmnivo features require a paid subscription.

Available plans, features, limits, and pricing will be displayed on the relevant pricing or purchase page.

Subscriptions may be offered on:

• Monthly billing
• Annual billing
• Other billing arrangements

The specific terms presented at the time of purchase may apply to the selected plan.

By purchasing a paid service, you authorize BizOmnivo or its designated payment provider to process applicable charges.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

You agree to pay applicable:

• Subscription fees
• Usage-based charges
• Taxes
• Government-imposed fees
• Other charges disclosed during purchase

Failure to complete payment may result in restricted or suspended access.

Certain subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each billing period.

If automatic renewal is enabled, your selected payment method may be charged for the next billing period.

You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the applicable renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

Cancellation and refund rights are governed by the applicable BizOmnivo Refund Policy.

BizOmnivo may offer free trials, credits, discounts, or promotional plans.

Promotional offers may:

• Have eligibility requirements
• Be limited to one per user or business
• Have expiration dates
• Require a payment method
• Convert to a paid plan after the promotional period

BizOmnivo may modify or discontinue promotional offers at any time where permitted by law.

You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation options provided by BizOmnivo.

BizOmnivo may suspend or terminate access if:

• Your activity threatens the platform or other users

Where appropriate, BizOmnivo may provide notice before taking action.

You may upload, submit, create, or store content through BizOmnivo.

You retain ownership of your content, subject to the rights necessary for BizOmnivo to provide the Services.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the content.

You grant BizOmnivo the limited rights necessary to:

• Process your content
• Store your content
• Display your content as required to provide the Services
• Transmit your content through requested integrations
• Perform backups and security operations

BizOmnivo does not claim ownership of your customer data or business content solely because you use the platform.

BizOmnivo may provide AI-powered features that generate:

• Text
• Recommendations
• Insights
• Marketing content
• Summaries
• Automation suggestions
• Other outputs

AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before using them in business, marketing, legal, financial, educational, or customer-facing contexts.

BizOmnivo does not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will be:

• Accurate
• Unique
• Error-free
• Complete
• Suitable for a particular purpose

Do not rely solely on AI-generated information for decisions requiring professional judgment.

BizOmnivo may provide WhatsApp-related functionality and integrations.

Your use of WhatsApp and messaging features must comply with applicable:

• WhatsApp policies
• Meta policies
• Messaging laws
• Consent requirements
• Anti-spam requirements
• Business communication regulations

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary consent and legal basis to contact individuals.

BizOmnivo does not authorize unlawful spam or unsolicited messaging.

Third-party platform policies may apply independently.

If you use BizOmnivo to send emails, SMS, WhatsApp messages, advertisements, or other marketing communications, you are responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations.

You must ensure that:

• Recipients have appropriate consent where required
• Marketing communications contain required information
• Opt-out mechanisms are provided where required
• Messages are not deceptive or fraudulent
• Contact lists are lawfully obtained

BizOmnivo may restrict messaging functionality where misuse or policy violations are detected.

BizOmnivo may integrate with third-party services.

Examples may include:

• Payment providers
• WhatsApp
• Meta
• Google
• Email services
• Calendar services
• E-commerce platforms
• Analytics platforms

Third-party services may have separate terms and privacy policies.

BizOmnivo is not responsible for independent third-party services, their availability, policies, or actions.

BizOmnivo and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in:

• BizOmnivo software
• Website design
• Branding
• Logos
• Trademarks
• Interface
• Documentation
• Proprietary technology
• Platform features
• Original content

Except as expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit BizOmnivo intellectual property without written permission.

If BizOmnivo provides white-label functionality, additional terms may apply.

White-label customers may receive rights to customize certain platform elements according to their selected plan.

Unless explicitly permitted:

• BizOmnivo ownership of underlying technology remains unchanged
• White-label access does not transfer ownership of the software
• Customers may not claim ownership of BizOmnivo's underlying technology
• Certain platform components may remain subject to BizOmnivo branding or restrictions

Additional white-label agreements may apply.

We aim to provide reliable access to BizOmnivo, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

The platform may occasionally be unavailable due to:

• Maintenance
• Updates
• Infrastructure issues
• Security incidents
• Third-party service failures
• Internet or network problems
• Events beyond our reasonable control

BizOmnivo may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance when necessary.

Your use of BizOmnivo is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and protect personal information.

By using BizOmnivo, you acknowledge that your information may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

While BizOmnivo may use reasonable measures to protect and maintain platform data, you are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important information where necessary.

BizOmnivo cannot guarantee that data will never be lost, corrupted, or unavailable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BizOmnivo provides the platform and services on an "as available" and "as is" basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• The platform will always be available
• The platform will be error-free
• All features will meet every user's requirements
• AI outputs will always be accurate
• Third-party integrations will always function
• Results will be achieved from using the platform

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BizOmnivo will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

This may include losses related to:

• Revenue
• Profits
• Business opportunities
• Data
• Reputation
• Business interruption

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BizOmnivo and its applicable officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable law
• Your content
• Your marketing activities
• Your violation of third-party rights

BizOmnivo may temporarily suspend access where necessary to:

• Protect platform security
• Investigate abuse
• Prevent fraud
• Address unpaid invoices
• Comply with legal obligations
• Protect users
• Perform maintenance

Where reasonably possible, we may provide notice.

BizOmnivo may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes may be made because of:

• New features
• New services
• Business changes
• Legal requirements
• Security requirements
• Changes to platform functionality

The updated Terms will be published on this page.

The Last Updated date will also be changed when appropriate.

Continued use of the Services after applicable changes take effect may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms, together with applicable policies and agreements referenced within them, constitute the agreement governing your use of BizOmnivo Services, subject to any separate written agreement that applies to your account.
